Target has now extended their Take Charge of Education to include Target
Debit Cards as well as the traditional Target Credit Card.

You can visit any Target store ask the clerk for a Take Charge of Education
Target Debit Card. The Debit Card is then connected to your checking
account. Then you go to target.com/tcoe and sign your Target debit card up
to St. Andrew Academy.

Each time you visit Target and use the debit card, YOU receive a 5% discount
immediately and St. Andrew Academy will earn 1%.
