Volunteer Hours

The success of St. Andrew depends heavily on the volunteer efforts of the parents and guardians of the students enrolled in the school. We are very fortunate in having volunteers who sincerely believe in the mission and philosophy of this Academy. These volunteers share their time and talents with our Academy community and play an important and vital role for St. Andrew.

We request that each family donate at least 4 hours of their time per year to work as classroom helpers; cafeteria monitors; room parents, board members, coaches, field trip chaperones, etc.

All volunteers are required to have a background check done annually and attend the Safe Environment Workshop. St. Andrew Academy utilizes the Courtnet System to complete this check. The approved background form and certificate of attendance at the Safe Environment Workshop must be on file in the office before volunteers are allowed to work with the students.
